- Bookings will only be accepted from persons over 21 and will be made strictly in order of deposits received.
- Bookings will only be accepted from families or couples. We do not accept bookings from single sex parties.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted.
- Sub-letting or transferred letting will not be permitted except by special arrangement and only the number of persons stated on the booking form may be accommodated. Under no circumstances shall any person(s) other than those named on the booking form enter the premises without prior permission from the owners.
- A deposit of £100 is payable on reservation and the balance must be paid at least 28 days before arrival. In addition to the balance we require a refundable damage bond of £100 to be returned by post within 7 days of departure if there is no damage. All breakages to the apartment and its contents must be reported immediately and paid for. The owners may require access for the purpose of checking before departure.
- Private parking is available at the rear of the property for one vehicle only. The parking permit provided must be displayed inside the vehicle.
- The accommodation is available from 4.00p.m on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10a.m. on the day of departure.
- The apartment must be left clean and tidy.
- The owners cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any persons or for the loss of or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises including hired videos or DVDs.
- Televisions, radios, music or any musical instruments must not be played in such a manner as to disturb other occupants.
- Tenants must comply with the Waters Edge Management Company’s rules and regulations as displayed on the notice board located in the stairwell.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing. Clients are reminded that they are legally responsible for the full amount should the accommodation not be re-let after cancellation. Whilst the owners will do their utmost to re-let the property they strongly advise you to take out a cancellation guarantee, to cover the liability, with your insurance agent.
- We will endeavour to resolve any connection or serviceability problems with the broadband internet but we accept no responsibilty should the broadband service not be available.
There is no charge for the use of the wireless broadband service however any charges accrued through, use of the telephone connection, excessive downloading, or any other activity will be the responsibility of the user.
